Our growth strategy to expand our impact through an organic approach which includes:

  • Ensuring that partners are providing relevant education and training that meets the requirements of emerging industries.
  • Developing learners and then providing them the opportunityt (internships) to apply their knowledge to assist business growth, mainly small businesses. (Bridge Program)
  • Developing systems of intelligence
  • Seeking opportunities for interns to participate on revenue-sharing projects
  • Providing opportunities for interns to participate on PEN partner client projects which they may be compensated for their contribution.
  • Locating employment opportunities for learners and allocating a percentage of the placement fees toward funding the tuition for a new potential learner preferably an underemployed/unemployed individual. (Sequel Program)
  • Diverse delivery styles from micro-learning sessions to full comprehensive programs
  • Integrated Learning provides learners the opportunity to participate on a cross-functional team that is comprised of learniers from other programs.



Our business model in action

Actual scenario #1: Individual becomes a learner in PEN partner, Heuristic Learning’s Data Science Professional Program. Learner displays excellent comprehension of the material and is selected and accepts invitation to participate in PEN’s Bridge (Internship) Program. Learner is assigned as a Business System Analyst with PEN partner, eblackwidow and begins working on actual business projects.

Learner is then provided the opportunity to work on a project that will produce online and mobile applications that will be used by learners in Heuristic Learning Project Management programs. Upon successful project completion, the learner will receive residual income based on the enrollment in the Project Management program.

Learner automatically becomes a candidate for PEN partner, ANEW Professional talent management firm. ANEW is currently working to find the learner full-time employment. When the learner is placed in a full-time position, ANEW donates a percentage of the placement fees to PEN’s Sequel™ program. The learner can select an unemployed/underemployed individual to receive the donated funds to apply toward their tuition in one of PEN partner’s education program. This individual now becomes the learner’s sequel.

Results:

  • Learner improves their marketable skills by applying their knowledge on actual business projects
  • Learner receives relevant training aligned with their recently acquired education
  • Learner can minimize employment gap on their resume
  • Learner could possibly receive financial compensation for their contribution
  • PEN partner, eblackwidow utilized available educated learners to produce products to help move their business forward and position itself to potentially offer a full-time position to the learner
  • PEN partner, ANEW Professional is provided with a qualified candidate whom has been validated by two other PEN partners (eblackwidow, Heuristic Learning)
  • Having a direct pipeline of qualified candidates reduces recruitment costs allowing ANEW Professional to offer competitive placement fees which benefits ANEW’s clients
  • Upon successfully being placed as a data professional by ANEW, the learner can continue the process by selecting an individual to receive funds to enroll in a PEN partner educational program

Actual scenario #2: Individual becomes a learner in PEN partner, Heuristic Learning’s Project Management Program. Learner displays excellent comprehension of the material and is selected and accepts invitation to participate in PEN’s Bridge (Internship) Program. Learner is assigned as an instructor-in-training with Heuristic Learning. Learner is mentored and provided opportunities to continue their learning by teaching. Learner begins by instructing a segment of a class under the tutelage of a Heuristic Learning instructor. Learner progresses to teaching an entire class session with instructor and will eventually be given an opportunity to instruct independently

Results:

  • Learner reinforces their marketable skills by teaching
  • Learner can minimize employment gap on their resume
  • Learner enhances their resume with new skills
  • PEN partner, Heuristic Learning adds a new member to its team of instructors allowing them to expand their business by offering more courses at additional locations
  • PEN partner, ANEW Professional is provided with a qualified candidate whom has been validated by PEN partner, Heuristic Learning
