Professional Education Network (PEN) is a business and education integrator that is driven by a strategic alliance of contributors along the professional development value chain including education, training, consulting, content development, and talent management firms. PEN's aim is to produce high-performing qualified professionals by improving the alignment of professional development with the strategic and operational objectives and talent requirements. This collective collaborative effort provides the capability to rapidly respond to any change requirements to all professional development touchpoints that lead to developing high-performing talent.

PEN began forming in the 4th quarter of 2016 and unified in 2017. PEN's aim is to produce high-performing qualified professionals by improving the alignment of professional development with the strategic and operational objectives and talent requirements.

As an alliance, PEN provides a professional development ecosystem to grow high-performing talent. In its brief existence, PEN has developed professional internship programs that led to employment for PEN learners, orchestrated relationships with companies in NJ & NY, created a revenue sharing model for interns, and created other innovative professional development programs.
